For clothing orders over $50 we offer FREE Ground shipping to domestic US addresses only. For expedited shipping we also offer several customer paid options. We only offer shipping to addresses in the USA so we can limit our impact on the oceans.
Shipping rates are based on your order’s ship to address and shipping method chosen. You may find the shipping rates available for your order after providing your shipping information during the checkout process.
Bill to and ship to addresses may be different by selecting the option to “ship to different address” after entering your billing information.
You may exchange or return new unworn merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for the return is the result of our error. If merchandise is exchanged, ground shipping will be provided at PuraKai's expense for the new product to be shipped back to you.

For exchanges with greater or lesser values, a refund or payment for the difference in cost will be processed prior to shipping the exchanged item(s).
We are unable to access the original payment processed for your order. When processing an exchange for items with a greater value credit card information will need to be provided by the customer at the time of the exchange. We recommend that you use USPS when shipping a return.

Once your exchange has been processed we will send a confirmation email with tracking information to the email address provided on your order.
You may expect a refund within 7-14 days after we have received your return. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. We are unable to issue store credits or gift cards to be used at a later date. Once a refund has been issued, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on your order.
