Free Exchanges & Free Returns
We buy stuff online too! So we wanted make returning or exchanging clothing for our customers as simple as possible, there's no time consuming paperwork or hefty fees.
Just send an e-mail to customer service: email@example.com with your name and order number.
Once we receive your request we will email you a prepaid return label. Just place the items in a USPS priority mail envelope or box, place on the label and drop off at any USPS location.
Once we receive the merchandise we will provide a refund for the full amount of the purchase price or send out the exchange within 24 hours.
You may exchange or return new unworn merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for the return is the result of our error. If merchandise is exchanged, ground shipping will be provided at PuraKai's expense for the new product to be shipped back to you.
For exchanges with greater or lesser values, a refund or payment for the difference in cost will be processed prior to shipping the exchanged item(s).
We are unable to access the original payment processed for your order. When processing an exchange for items with a greater value credit card information will need to be provided by the customer at the time of the exchange. We recommend that you use USPS when shipping a return.
