PureFlex leggings are garment dyed and pre-shrunk, so the fit is true to size, wash after wash. Choose the size you normally wear. Sizing down stretches the knit thinner and reduces opacity in deep squats, so we do not recommend it. The 92% GOTS-certified organic cotton fabric is thicker and more matte than synthetic leggings. We had our bestselling leggings independently tested for PFAS by Applied Technical Services. Total fluorine, the limiting marker for the entire PFAS class, came back none detected at below 2 parts per million.
The report covers the main fabric of our organic cotton leggings, tested in October 2024, against a current industry threshold of 100 ppm. We publish the result rather than a blanket claim.
Why go the extra mile? PFAS are synthetic chemicals used to make fabrics stain and water-resistant, but they’re also known as “forever chemicals” because they persist in the environment and accumulate in our bodies. With PFAS linked to health risks, we made it our goal to guarantee skin-friendly comfort that eases your body and mind.
We use no DWR coatings and no fluorinated finishes anywhere in our line.

PuraKai aims to create eco-friendly, sustainable clothing that is both stylish and comfortable, using only natural fabrics that begin and end in the soil, avoiding the shedding of microplastics. We also actively support environmental initiatives and ocean conservation.
PuraKai garments are designed, cut, sewn, and finished in our own Los Angeles facility, with knitting and garment dyeing handled by Los Angeles partners. Our Texas-Grown All American line follows its own documented route: organic cotton grown in Texas, spun in North Carolina, knitted in South Carolina, and sewn in Georgia.
We primarily use organic cotton, hemp, merino wool, and lyocell. We started with cotton grown in California and have since expanded to using GOTS organic cotton from India and other natural fibers.
Our All American Project uses Texas-Grown organic cotton made in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, all within a 1,350 mile supply chain from seed to clothing.
To mitigate the environmental impact of microfiber shedding, PuraKai has committed to using only natural fibers that are biodegradable and integrate back into the soil at the end of their lifecycle, except for our activewear, which requires a small amount of spandex.
We have donated a portion of sales to environmental and ocean nonprofits every year since 2012, including organizations working on plastic pollution such as 5 Gyres.

Love any company that offers a short version, so we don’t have to pay more money for tailoring! These are probably the most comfortable yoga pants I’ve ever worn. Super breathable and feels like a second skin. They pull down a bit during yoga. Seems to run a bit small, I’m a pretty solid medium at 5’3” 135 lbs and could use a tiny bit more length and stretch.

Finding Organic Cotton Leggings is getting harder to do, at least here in the US. Thank you SO much Purakai for making these Mid-Rise Leggings! I've lived almost year around in organic cotton leggings for decades and panicked when the company I bought from for 15 years abruptly stopped selling them. Finding Purakai has been a Godsend. My regular size small fits well and these leggings are much cozier than my old ones. I love all three pair - the charcoal, the teal and the black.

I love them. Substantial and soft. Charcoal color is lovely. The mid-rise slip down on my body, so next pair will be the higher rise, which I have in another colir.
This is my favorite cotton workout product. This is my second pair. I wore and washed my first pair constantly over the CB past year.
These tights fit really well and feel so good on! They are roomy in the crotch and the bottom feels, well as cotton should, all cozy!
It took a while to deliver but was definitely worth the way. I will try the high-rise next time and maybe see if there are any tops I like. I definitely recommend these products

I was nervous buying them online, without trying them on. These are the most comfortable pair of leggings I own. I usually wear a size 8 in pants. I ordered a Large and fits like a glove! Love them Love them
There was no order status available online available online after order was placed. Sent order inquiry a week later and received leggings 10 days after ordering. Regrettably too big. Requested Return Receipt 10 days ago to exchange for a smaller size. Sent second request a week later. No reply to date. Lovely quality, but virtually zero Customer Service. Very disappointed. Waiting for exchange, but ready to return for refund and forget it.

Fabulous yoga pants These are the perfect yoga pants. Their matte finish and legging style mean they can easily transition from the yoga studio to the outside world with the addition of a tunic if the need arises. They are flattering and well cut so they don't create any unsightly bulges. When I received them, I thought they looked a little small, but I was pleased to find they are true to size and maintain well despite repeated washes. All that and eco-friendly?!?!? AMAZING! Great eco-friendly yoga pant These are comfy and fit true to size, though if you are between sizes, size up. Love that they are organic cotton. They can also be worn as leggings under a tunic for a quick yoga-to-work/on-the-go change.
The best fitting yoga pants! Fabric is fabulous but the sizing is a whole size off. If you wear a small, get the medium, etc. I also love that the clothing is US made.
so far I find the yoga pant to be comfortable, stretchy, and most importantly non-transparent. I have not yet laundered them so cannot report on how well they hold up.

these are the softest leggings i have ever worn. they have held up to many many washes and have not faded or lost their shape. they also have not pilled, the fabric is as nice looking as it was the day they came in the mail. I highly recommend these pants.

Really soft material, fits nicely, it’s nice to find leggings that aren’t high rise and compressive, very comfy. However fabric is quite thin, I’ve never owned a pair of these so I’m not sure how they will wear. I am concerned about durability because of the lightweight nature of the fabric. For the price I was expecting something a little more in the weight of the fabric.

They feel really nice and are very comfortable. They make my legs look more defined. But they do roll down on me a bit but not too bad I deal with it.
I am really very pleased with my purchase. I went by the size guide and received a perfect fit. I am 5'5" and weigh 117. I ordered a medium. I have worn them to crossfit type classes and they worked great! I ordered the charcoal but feel they are more of a mushroom color.
I decided to try out these lower waisted pants and they are great in every aspect, although it's possible I should have size down. They are super comfortable and fit great but as I walk around they kind of slide down. I have this problem with a lot of pants in general. Based on comfort and looks, I don't regret the purchase.
I love how well these fit and how comfortable they are. I used the size chart and measured myself and it was accurate. I'm knocking off one star because they are just a tiny bit see through.
